Junior Achievement Volunteer Engagement
Role: SWOT Analysis (Micro) & Market Analysis (Macro)

Junior Achievement was facing challenges in acquiring and retaining a consistent pool of volunteers, particularly from local small-to-medium-sized businesses. Our team aimed to design a strategy that would engage these businesses by highlighting shared values and mutual benefits. The final strategy included digital recommendations, messaging guidelines, and an outreach framework to create long-term volunteer partnerships. I was responsible for conducting the SWOT analysis (Micro) and contributing to the development of outreach strategies and digital messaging plans. I worked on this project from Fall 2024 over the course of the semester as part of the MKT 213 Business and Marketing Strategy course.

I collaborated to design a reputation management framework for SPIRIT NYS, auditing social media, analyzing sentiment, and drafting strategic responses. I developed crisis simulations and templated guidelines for consistent engagement, integrating social listening tools for real-time monitoring. Our scalable protocol improved response efficiency by 40%, enhancing stakeholder trust. This project honed my crisis communication, data analysis, and teamwork skills, showcasing proactive strategies to protect organizational integrity.
